When the $4 billion Driven campaign began, the University identified five priority areas to support. Although it’s hard to list all the ways donors have helped advance work in these areas, the following are highlights of some of the accomplishments you’ve helped make possible as well as the stories of students, researchers, and community members who’ve felt the impact of your giving.
ACCELERATING ADVANCES IN HEALTH
When the Driven campaign began, donors were inspired by how the University’s top researchers and physicians tackled a variety of health challenges. As we celebrate the Driven campaign’s success, we also know that our work is not finished. Talented, curious students are still relying on us to help them reach their educational goals. Emerging research needs the targeted and timely boost that philanthropy provides. And local outreach projects in every corner of the state depend on our continued support.
As we face a world that is much changed, we know one thing that’s certain: together, we will rise to the moment and continue to show the resilience and leadership for which the University of Minnesota is known.
